This Refund Policy explains the policy of Imarti Creations Private Limited (operating as Long Horizon), a company registered in Delhi, India, regarding refunds for subscriptions and services purchased through Long Horizon. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General refund policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless required by law or at Long Horizon's sole discretion. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused plan allowances, or change of mind after the initial purchase period, except as stated below.

If a refund is granted, it will typically be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances:

  • Service failure: If hosted Services are unavailable or non-functional for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to our fault and you could not reasonably use them
  • Billing errors: Incorrect charges on our part, such as duplicate charges or incorrect pricing
  • Legal requirements: As required by applicable law in your jurisdiction
  • Discretionary refunds: At Long Horizon's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Partial period usage or unused quota under your plan
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Exceeding your plan limits
  • Issues caused by local environment, third-party tools, misconfiguration, or user error
  • Outages resolved within 48 hours
  • Downgrades or plan changes mid-cycle (access continues through the paid period)
  • Termination for violation of our Terms of Service

3. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise in-product.

Unless required by law or this policy, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period when you cancel; you retain access through the end of that period.

4. Refund process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@longhorizon.dev or contact us via our support page with your account email, transaction or invoice reference, reason, and any supporting details.
  2. We will review eligibility under this policy and may request more information.
  3. If approved, we aim to process refunds within 15 business days to the original payment method.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Pro-rated refunds

Pro-rated refunds are generally not available. When granted, refunds may cover a full billing period subject to Section 2.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account and dispute the charge with evidence of service use. Please contact us first so we can resolve billing issues directly.

7. Changes to pricing

We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes usually apply on your next billing cycle. You may cancel before the increase takes effect; no refund is due for the current period solely due to a future price change.

8. Free trials and promotions

Trials without payment: no refund applies. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Once charged, this policy applies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy by posting changes here and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
