Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 11, 2026
Your privacy is important to us. It is the policy of Imarti Creations Private Limited (operating as Long Horizon), a company registered in Delhi, India, to respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws regarding personal information we may collect about you, including across our website, desktop application, and services we own and operate.
Personal information is any information about you which can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as a person (such as name, address, and contact details), your devices, payment details, and information about how you use our website, Software, or online services.
Third-party sites and services linked from our properties have their own privacy policies. This Privacy Policy does not apply once you leave our Services.
1. Information we collect
Information falls into "voluntarily provided" (what you actively give us) and "automatically collected" (what your devices send when you use our Services).
2. Log data
When you visit our website or use hosted parts of the Services, our servers may log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and error diagnostics. Such data may be combined with other information to identify individuals where permitted by law.
3. Device data
We may collect device type, operating system, identifiers, settings, and general location derived from IP. The desktop application may report version, crash diagnostics, and similar telemetry as described in-product or in release notes. Check your device and OS settings for additional controls.
4. Personal information
We may ask for personal information when you register, contact us, or transact with us, including name, email, organization details, social profiles where relevant, and payment or billing information processed by our payment providers.
5. Product and testing data
As part of providing Long Horizon, we may collect and store:
- Test definitions, plans, and related files you sync or upload
- Execution logs, screenshots, network captures, and artifacts from browser test runs
- Shareable report content and metadata you choose to host with us
- Integration configuration (for example MCP or repository context) you authorize
- Credentials or tokens you provide for integrations, stored with appropriate safeguards
Data may be processed on your machine by the desktop application and transmitted to our systems when you use cloud features (such as hosted reports or account services). We use industry-standard safeguards for data in transit and at rest where we control storage.
If you enable Local mode in the desktop app, test sessions, test plans, test executions, and related execution logs are stored on your device instead of Long Horizon servers. Source code is never sent to our servers in either local mode or server mode.
6. Legitimate reasons for processing
We collect and use personal information where we have a legitimate basis, and only what is reasonably necessary to provide and improve the Services.
7. Collection and use of information
We may collect personal information when you register, subscribe to updates, use our website or Software, contact us, mention us on social media, run or publish tests, or configure integrations.
We may use information to: provide core product features; communicate with you; operate and improve our website, Software, and infrastructure; keep internal records; comply with legal obligations; secure the Services and prevent fraud; process billing; and combine voluntary and automatic data with trusted research or analytics sources to improve the product experience.
8. Security of your personal information
We protect personal information using commercially reasonable safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for password strength and for securing accounts and devices used with the Services.
9. How long we keep your personal information
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, including while your account is active, to meet legal or reporting obligations, or for legitimate archival or research purposes where permitted. When no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
10. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to affiliates, service providers (hosting, analytics, email, payments, support tooling), employees and contractors, business partners, credit and collections entities where applicable, courts and regulators as required by law, acquirers in a business transfer, and others who assist in providing the Services.
Third parties we may use include: payment processors (such as Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and authentication services. Specific subprocessors may change; contact us for the current list if needed for your compliance program.
12. International transfers
Information may be stored or processed in the United States, India, or other locations where we or our providers operate. Where we transfer data across borders, we take steps consistent with applicable law and this policy.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, object to certain processing, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You may opt out of marketing as described in our communications. We may verify your identity before fulfilling requests.
14. Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.
15. Limits of our policy
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites we link to.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we will notify registered users or seek consent.
